Fatal Mumbai Crash: Speeding Car Runs Over Multiple Vehicles, Pedestrians, Young Lawyer Killed
Malad West, Mumbai: In a fatal road accident in Malad West in Mumbai, a speeding car ran over multiple vehicles and pedestrians, killing a 35-year-old lawyer Priyanka Satra and injuring many others.
CCTV visuals have surfaced online, showing the horrific crash in a congested junction. The accident took place at around 8 pm on August 30 at Mamledarwadi junction in Malad West.

The video allegedly shows the couple travelling on their vehicle when an MG Windsor suddenly rammed into them before crashing into three autorickshaws. The couple, Priyanka and her husband Mayank, had reportedly stopped at a red signal while returning home when the car crashed into their vehicle. Both were seriously injured in the accident. The impact also left the autorickshaw drivers and a passenger injured.
Priyanka later succumbed to her injuries while undergoing treatment. Mayank is reportedly out of danger but is expected to undergo further surgeries.
The injured autorickshaw drivers were identified as Subhedarchandra Chaudhary, 50, Ramkesh Rajbhar, 35, and Abdul Shaikh, 25. A passenger, 48-year-old Jaitunabi Sab, also sustained a head injury and required 20 stitches.
Police arrested 65-year-old Krushna Chamankar, who was allegedly driving the MG Windsor at the time of the accident. Investigators are also examining whether he was driving under the influence of alcohol.
