Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala: Most of the exit poll results in Kerala have predicted massive victory for the Congress-led United Democratic Alliance (UDF) in Kerala, as people are awaiting the result scheduled to be declared on Monday, May 4.
Pollsters are mostly unanimous in their forecast that the UDF, comprising Congress, Indian Union Muslim League, Kerala Congress (Joseph), Kerala Congress (Jacob), and the Revolutionary Socialist Party, will make a historic comeback to power with a simple majority.
Meanwhile, some polls have predicted marginal expansion to the BJP’s presence in the state, possibly zero to 3 seats. Most of the pollsters have predicted that the UDF would return to power with 82–94 seats, while LDF at 44 to 56. The LDF appears to face strong anti-incumbency and governance fatigue, suggesting a strong comeback for the opposition UDF after 10 years.

UDF had been decimated in 2021, with just 41 seats, losing its key seats across several districts. The exit polls thus suggest a massive resurgence for the Congress-led alliance.
