A Billion Eyes Witness Chandrayaan 3 Soft Landing On Moon
A billion eyes witnessed Chandrayaan 3″s soft launching today. Congratulating the Indian Space Research Organisation or ISRO, Prime Minister Narendra Modi said today is a “historic day for India”s space sector.”

The ISRO had said earlier that the soft landing of Chandrayaan 3 will contribute to fostering an environment of scientific inquiry and innovation.
The Chandrayaan-3 mission is a follow-on mission to Chandrayaan-2, which was India’s first mission to soft-land on the Moon. Chandrayaan-3 is designed to demonstrate end-to-end capability in safe landing and roving on the lunar surface.
