Iran Strikes Israel Oil Refinery After US-Israel Attack On Energy Infrastructure
Tehran, Iran: Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) has reportedly targeted one of Israel’s largest oil refineries, the Bazan Group-operated facility in Haifa Bay. Iran used Kheibar Shekan solid-fuel ballistic missiles to strike the Israeli energy facility. ‘Haifa refinery was hit by Kheibarshekan missiles in response to the attack,’ IRGC said in a statement.
Reports indicate fires at the site, with the refinery supplying 50–60% of Israel’s domestic fuel. A US-Israeli strike on Saturday hit energy infrastructure in Iran, including oil depots around Tehran. Several oil depots in the provinces of Tehran and Alborz were hit by missiles and caught fire.

However, though Israeli sources reported sirens, no damages, casualties, or direct impacts, confirmed yet. This clash highlights the week-old US-Israel-Iran war’s shift to energy targets, raising risks to fuel supplies and global oil markets as both sides press on without de-escalation.
The US and Israel have been carrying out heavy strikes across Iran, with huge explosions heard in different parts of the Iranian capital.
