Iranian Drone Attack Hits Bahrain's Bapco Oil Refinery, After Overnight Sitra Strikes Injured Dozens
Manama, Bahrain: One of the major oil refineries in Bahrain that serves as the country’s key facility for energy, Bapco oil refinery, was attacked early on Monday by a suspected Iranian drone strikes.
Thick smoke and fire was seen rising from the direction of the Bapco oil refinery in Bahrain, eyewitnesses recounted.
Bahrain said that a separate Iranian drone attack on Monday night hit the island of Sitra, injuring 32 people. Some sustained serious injuries, including children.
Qatar, the UAE and Saudi Arabia have also been missile attacks as Iran retaliates to the US bases in the region for the Israel-US joint strikes targeting civilian facilities and military establishments across Iran.
