The Suzuki Access 125, which debuted at the 2025 Auto Expo, is a new-generation vehicle even though it may appear to be an upgraded model. According to an interview with Suzuki engineers, the Access 125 has undergone several major cosmetic alterations. The 2025 Suzuki Access 125 features a major change: it is built on a new chassis. Suzuki claims that because of issues with exhaust muffler routing, company had to create a new frame. This is because in order to comply with more stringent pollution standards, the exhaust system was modified to include additional catalyst chambers.
The gasoline tank capacity increased slightly from 5 to 5.3 litres in tandem with the chassis modification. Suzuki has continued to use the 10-inch rear wheel even after switching to a new frame. The 10-inch wheel, according to the manufacturer, is widely used in the market and lowers expenses. Although the kerb weight has increased by a few kilograms, this scooter is still quite light at 105 (or 106, depending on the type).

Additionally, the fuel injectors have changed, and the ECU programming has been adjusted to reflect these modifications. The business reports a little gain in fuel efficiency, but power and torque remain at 8.4 horsepower and 10.2 Nm.
The Access 125 receives a little aesthetic update while maintaining its traditional, family-scooter style. There is a new trademark DRL in the apron, and the headlamp is changed. Along the sides, the bodywork has been updated, and a new three-piece tail lamp has been added to the back. Another modification is that a lockable flap in the bodywork above the brake lamp now conceals the external gasoline filling cap, which can now be accessed using the multi-function key hole.
