Bajaj Pulsar NS125 Single-Channel ABS Launched At Rs 1.07 Lakh

Bajaj Auto has introduced a new variant of the Pulsar NS125 with single-channel ABS, priced at Rs 1.07 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi). This makes it the second 125cc sporty commuter in India to feature single-channel ABS, following the Hero Xtreme 125R, which is priced slightly lower at Rs 99,500.

The Pulsar NS125 is positioned as the most powerful 125cc sporty commuter, delivering 12hp and 11Nm of torque. It stands out as the only bike in this category to feature a perimeter frame, a design element usually seen in larger and more performance-oriented motorcycles. The perimeter frame enhances the bike’s handling and stability, giving it a sporty edge over its competitors.

This new ABS-equipped variant joins Bajaj’s expanding Pulsar NS lineup, which includes the NS160, NS200, and the flagship NS400Z, alongside the entry-level NS125. Within the 125cc Pulsar segment, the NS125 sits alongside the newly launched Pulsar N125 and the classic Pulsar 125, making it the sportiest option in the lineup.

In 2023, Bajaj refreshed the entire Pulsar NS range, introducing modern features such as a fully digital instrument cluster, a USB charging port, and a new LED headlamp. However, apart from these upgrades, the NS125 retains its original mechanical setup and design, ensuring a familiar yet improved riding experience.

The NS125 ABS variant is available in four vibrant color options: Orange, Red, Grey, and Blue, catering to riders who prefer a bold and aggressive aesthetic. The bike’s sharp styling, muscular tank, and sporty stance remain unchanged, maintaining its appeal among young riders looking for a commuter bike with a sporty edge. With this latest update, Bajaj has further strengthened the Pulsar NS series, offering riders a safer and more feature-packed commuter motorcycle in the 125cc performance segment. The addition of single-channel ABS ensures better braking performance and enhances overall rider confidence.

At its new price point, the Pulsar NS125 sits slightly above the Hero Xtreme 125R, but its higher power output, perimeter frame, and aggressive styling make it an attractive choice for those looking for a sporty yet practical commuter motorcycle. The Pulsar NS125’s new ABS variant enhances safety while retaining its sporty appeal. With strong performance, modern features, and a perimeter frame, it remains a top choice in the 125cc segment.
