Second-Gen Jeep Compass Revealed Ahead Of Global Launch, Unlikely To Reach India
This year, Stellantis plans to launch a number of new models. The second generation Jeep Compass, however, is the car that many are most looking forward to. Over the past year or so, the new Compass, which has been in development for a while, has been seen in testing on many times.
It was revealed earlier this month that the second-generation Jeep Compass will be the official sponsor of the Juventus football team. Beginning with the 2025–2026 season, Juventus’ men’s, women’s, and Next Gen teams will use the new Compass as their official vehicle. Juventus used the occasion to showcase their new shirt, which will make its debut on Sunday at the last home game, with the Jeep branding at the centre. The most recent collection of pictures shows the Compass in all its splendour, both inside and out.

The bigger Grand Cherokee, which has an illuminated grille up front and sleek Matrix LED headlights, served as a major inspiration for the new Jeep Compass. The aggressive appearance of the front and rear bumpers is matched by 20-inch alloy wheels, side body cladding, squared-off wheel arches, and a blacked-out top. The SUV has new wraparound LED tail lights with a unique characteristic design while keeping Jeep’s recognizable boxy appearance.
Hawaii Green, Antarctica White, Pacific Blue, Volcano Black, Yosemite Grey, and Amazonia Brown are the six colour options available for the most recent version of Compass. The new Compass is bigger and longer than the previous one in terms of dimensions. Its wheelbase has been increased by 160mm to 2,795mm, while its dimensions have increased by 85mm to 4,550mm in length and 1,928mm in width.

Additionally, it is the first time we have a clear view of the new-generation Compass’s inside. The steering wheel, centre console, and dashboard of the all-black cockpit are all made of aluminium. The back seat occupants now have 55mm more legroom thanks to the increase in wheelbase. Additionally, there is now 550 litres of baggage room, an increase of 45 litres. Features of the second-generation Compass include a panoramic sunroof, heated seats, a hands-free power tailgate, a large 16-inch touchscreen infotainment system, and a 10-inch digital instrument cluster. The Level 2 Advanced Driver Assistance System will guarantee safety.
The Stellantis STLA Medium platform serves as the foundation for the second-generation Compass, which will come with a variety of powertrain options, such as hybrid, plug-in hybrid, and completely electric. Nonetheless, the previously leaked First Edition model will be available in hybrid or completely electric configurations. The hybrid model produces 143 horsepower with a 48V configuration. In contrast, a front-wheel-driven electric engine producing 210 horsepower powers the battery-operated Compass First Edition. This model has a 500 km range on a single charge because to its 73 kWh battery pack.
