
After Mastering Assignment With ChatGPT, IIM Student Publishes Study Guide
The 27-year-old IIM student Yuganter Gupta, after acing the assignment using ChatGPT, has now released an exam guide for various competitive exams, advocating to work smarter, not harder. Gupta showed his use of the AI tool ChatGPT to achieve top grades on an assignment, sparking dialogue about AI’s influence in education.
His success in academia is matched with a practical mindset, as demonstrated by his triumph with AI support. The IIM student who scored 99.58% in the CAT exam holds credentials as a Chartered Accountant and a company secretary, with AIR 12.

Yuganter Gupta has released a book titled ‘STUDY SMART – The Ultimate Exam Guide’, which aims to offer ‘complete clarity’ to students to navigate a variety of competitive exams conducted in the country, including JEE, CLAT, NEET, CUET, UPSC, CA, CS, and even the school boards.
The comprehensive 200-page book comprises 50 chapters, emphasizing productive exam strategies and methods to minimise distractions. It explores various tactics to improve the learning journey, stressing the importance of a well-organised study plan.
To prepare this guide, Gupta engaged with hundreds of individuals from different phases of the exam cycle, drawing insights from both successes and setbacks. These insights were distilled into strategies that aggregate the tried and tested practices of top achievers in major exams.
The book covers non-conventional advice, addressing a wide range of aspects including nutrition, rest, and mental wellbeing. A notable chapter introduces the idea of an ‘Accountability Partner’ advising students to have someone assist in ‘keeping all distractions at bay’ by overseeing their mobile phone use, thereby enhancing focus. This innovative concept underscores the significance of a supportive network during the demanding exam preparation phase.

Following his recent AI-aided project, Gupta took to LinkedIn to emphasise that while AI tools offer support, true worth lies in experiences and research not readily available online.
