
DUSU President Puts Cow Dung In Principals’s Office Over Classroom Row
The Delhi University Student Union (DUSU) President Ronak Khatri applied cow dung to the teacher’s office who plastered the classroom walls two days ago. In a viral video on social media, Pratyush Vatsala, the principal of the Laxmibai college, Delhi University was seen applying cow dung plaster on the classroom walls. The principal reportedly, said it part of a research project to analyse the impact of cow dung in colling down the spaces in hot summers.
The video drew criticism from students and even her collegues of Delhi Unviersity who questioned the application of cow dung on walls and paying a deaf ear to the other existing infrastructure related issues on the college campus such as windows and washrooms.

The DUSU President Ronak Khatri went to Principal’s office today and questioned the application of cow dung on the classroom walls in the presence of students. He also questioned the research application on the campus walls instead of using in their own house.

In the video shared by PTI, the DUSU president was seen applying the cow dung on the principal walls and asked the faculty members to implement such experiments on their houses. The president rather pushed to focus on the infrastrue of the university instead of indulging in unnecessary activities.
Ronak Khatri questions the use of AC in principal’s office instead of cow dung to cool down the temperature. “Why should the students sit inside the Cow dung plastered classrooms while principal is using AC”.
Reportedly, the Vice Chancellor of Delhi University has criticised the plastering of classroom walls and directed to apply it in houses.
