New Delhi: The CBSE Class 10 English Board Examination (2025–26) was described as moderate, balanced, and student-friendly, according to expert feedback. The English faculty of Army Public School, Delhi Cantt shared a detailed analysis of the paper after carefully reviewing all three sets. The faculty concluded that the paper ensured fair assessment, comprehensive coverage of topics, and accessibility for average students who had prepared sincerely.

Dr. Neetu Kapoor, Principal who holds a Ph.D. in English, analysed the question paper and emphasised that it was strictly aligned with the prescribed syllabus and CBSE blueprint. She noted that there were no major deviations from the expected pattern and that uniformity in the level of difficulty was maintained across all sets. She further highlighted that the paper reflected thoughtful academic planning, balanced coverage of competencies, and a manageable length that supported effective time management.

Ms. Swati Vaidya (TGT English) observed that the Reading section was scoring and featured clearly worded, straightforward questions. Mr. Sangeeta Yadav (TGT English) opined that most questions were direct and concept-based, enabling students to attempt them with clarity and confidence.

Commenting on the Writing section, Ms. Akshita Babutta (TGT English) stated that letter writing and analytical paragraphs provided balanced internal choices and adhered strictly to the prescribed format and word limits. She remarked that students who had practised format and structure would find this section comfortable to attempt.

Ms. Heena Chugh (TGT English) pointed out that the Literature section included inference and analysis-based questions. However, Chugh added that the question remained within the syllabus and focused on testing conceptual understanding rather than rote memorisation.

Overall, the faculty concluded that the paper ensured fair assessment, comprehensive coverage of topics, and accessibility for average students who had prepared sincerely. Students reportedly appeared confident and satisfied after completing the examination.
