In response to the complaints raised by the candidates, NBEMS reportedly decided to add more examination centres which will result in the revision of city slips. Considering the exam-related security issues of the private exam centres have been removed from the list which has caused the allocation of city centres at distant places. Even in the same states, students will have to travel 100-150 km, the examination board said.

Reportedly, a confidential letter signed by Dr. Abhijeet Sen, President of NBEMS has gone viral on social media. The letter carried details about the examination cities, centres and the number of candidates taking part in the examination. The notice was directed to the District Administration to support the smooth conduct of the examination.
