The current standing in the assembly election 2024 in the Ballabgarh constituency shows that the BJP‘s Mool Chand Sharma secured a great win by 17,730 votes. The Congress candidate Parag Sharma is in fourth place garnering 53132 votes as per the Election Commission of India. The independent candidate Sharda Rathore has secured 44,076 total votes.
Mool Chand Sharma won the seat defeating Anand Kaushik of INC by a margin of 41,713 which was 34.03% of the total votes cast for the seat in the 2019 Haryana Assembly elections and the BJP secured a vote share of 54.42% in 2019 in this seat.
Also, in the 2014 Haryana Assembly elections Mool Chand Sharma won in this seat defeating Lakhan Kumar Singla of INC by a margin of 53,098 which was 43.76% of the total votes cast for the seat. However, in the 2009 Haryana Assembly elections, Sharda Rathore of Congress won this seat defeating Surender Tewatia of BJP by a margin of 23,844 which was 30.96% of the total votes cast for the seat.
