New Delhi: As promises have been showered upon the voters ahead of the Delhi Assembly elections scheduled for February, Congress on Monday declared its projects, drawing parallels to the scenes announced by its Karnataka government.

Expressing his confidence that the grand old party will form the government in Delhi, the Karnataka deputy chief minister assured that the initiatives will be implemented immediately after the party assumes power.
