Soon after the video of Allu Arjun in a trimmed beard went viral, speculations over Pushpa 2 have been roaming around the internet. Netizens suspect that everything might not be good between the director, Sukumar, and the actor.
Since the announcement of the delay in Pushpa 2′s release, rumours over the fallout between the actor and director have been a topic of discussion, and the recent video of Allu Arjun, where the actor was seen with a trimmed beard added fuel to the claim.
However, in a video that went viral on X, the actor was seen boarding a flight sporting a new (handsome) look. Despite the new beard look, his haircut remained the same as seen in Pushpa.

And the comment section was interestingly filled with different perspectives on this issue. Some suspect that there might be a fallout while others suggest that the film may have two different looks of Allu Arjun. So, it might also be possible that the team is exploring another look for a certain portion of the film.
However, there has been no official explanation for this claim from the team yet. Some reports allegedly claimed, “Allu Arjun is allegedly upset over the unscheduled shooting breaks.” Trimming his beard is allegedly his way of expressing his unhappiness over the prolonged production schedule. It is not a verified claim.

Meanwhile, earlier this month, a source informed Deccan Chronicle that the filmmaker eyes to wrap the shooting schedule on August 31. “The action-adventure will be wrapped up in 60 days and most probably the last day of the shoot would be August 31,” a source told the publication. “The team is working round the clock to meet up with a new and challenging deadline,” reports News 18.
The sequel, which was scheduled to release on August 15, was later rescheduled to December due to its delay in the post-production works. And there is no official revelation on the conspiracy about the “rivalry” between the actor and the director as well.
