Months after exciting the audience with the character introduction teasers, the team at Kubera finally dropped the first glimpse of the film today. With Nagarjuna, Dhanush, and Rashmika Mandanna on board, the film promises a thrilling ride over the power of money.

The National Award-winning director Sekhar Kammula has already made it clear that his direction is cooking something over the power and influence over human relationships. Without revealing too much about his craft, Sekhar unveiled a glimpse of the film.

Featuring the characters of the leads, Nagarjuna, Dhanush, and Rashmika Mandanna, the teaser takes the audience to the world of Kubera. The first glimpse reconfirms the characters of the lead and hints at the transitional phase of the film.

It introduces Nagarjuna as a family man with a daughter and a wife and crores of money. Then it focuses on Dhanush, who is taking up the role of a beggar but also hints at his mysterious transition as well. There is also actor Jim Sarbh as a high-flying billionaire businessman, while Rashmika Mandanna‘s character seems to struggle with discontent in her middle-class life, longing for more progress.

With the release date yet to be unveiled, Kubera is presented by Sonali Narang and produced by Suniel Narang and Puskur Ram Mohan Rao under their banner Sree Venkateswara Cinemas LLP, a unit of Asian Group, in association with Amigos Creations Pvt Ltd. The film was launched in January and will also release in Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, and Hindi.
