Vijay Sethupathi's Intense Action Flick: Maharaja New Trailer Out
The 50th film of actor Vijay Sethupathi Maharaja is gearing up for its release on 14th June. And the makers boosted the curiosity through the release of the new trailer yesterday.
Makkal Selvan, the fondly known Vijay Sethupathi, is about to reach a significant milestone in his acting career, as he is heading towards the release of his 50th film Maharaja, which is scheduled to hit the theaters on 14th June.
The film’s official trailer was released last week as it introduces the character of Vijay Sethupathy, a barber, and hinted a mystery around him. Following that, the makers have unveiled its second trailer ahead of the movie’s release on Friday. Since the release the trailer has been trending with the Hashtag #VJS50.

The trailer opens with Vijay Sethupathi reporting the missing case of Lakshmi to the police, as he tells the police “My daughter will ask for Lakshmi as soon as she returns from the camp. Please help me find Lakshmi.” The inspector promises Vijay that he will form two special forces for the search. Vijay Sethupathi even requests for the case to be moved to the CBI. The story got intensifies as his friend warns him that the Police will leave him stranded and that he will have to act on the situation soon.
The trailer also reveals the involvement of gangsters, money, and another character in the picture – Anurag Kashyap, who is super mysterious and he is on Vijay Sethupathi’s list. However, the trailer does not reveal who Lakshmi is. The suspicion on whether its a person or object still continues. And the trailer also promises an intense action flick.

The announcement of the VJS50 was made last year with the release of the super intense first-look poster. Following that the promotions of the film went into full swing as the actor attended events in Hyderabad and Mumbai. On the work front the actor is waiting for the release of “Viduthalai Part 2” with Vetrimaaran.
