Thalapathy Vijay’s highly-anticipated movie, Leo’s trailer is out today. The fast-paced trailer begins with Vijay’s monologue, preparing for the powerful action and blood bath scenes to follow. A serial killer on the loose and a cop is on a mission to kill him, sets a brief premise.
Thalapthy in salt and pepper beard, walks in style and thrashes mercilessly. In the fierce red and black templates, with pulsating music scores in the background Leo’s trailer unleashes terror.
Sanjay Dutt, who is making his first Tamil debut, marks compelling screen presence in the trailer. Similarly, Arjun Sarja is appearing in never-seen-before avatar. The trailer also points that Gautam Vasudev Menon carry a significant role in the film. And Trisha’s brief appearance in the trailer adds to family dynamic; the concerns, and fear, generates more intrigue to viewers.
Produced by S. S. Lalit Kumar of Seven Screen Studio, along with Jagadish Palanisamy, Leo”s music is scored by Anirudh Ravichander. It is the third time, Mr Ravichander and Vijay collaborate together after Kaththi and Master. Besides, it is the second time Mr Kanagaraj and Vijay come together after Master.
The movie is also special because Trisha and Vijay shares screen space after a gap of 14 years.
Leo is slated to release worldwide on October 19, and is available in Tamil, Telugu, Kannada and Hindi.
Leo is Vijay’s 67th film. Thalapathy’s last release was Vamshi Paidipally”s Varisu. Rashmika Mandanna played the female lead in the movie; it also stars R. Sarathkumar, Srikanth, Shaam, Prabhu, Prakash Raj, Jayasudha, and Sangeetha, among many others.
