Punjab Police Recruitment 2025: Registrations For 1,746 Posts Starting On Feb 21

The Punjab Police has announced the recruitment notification for Constables in both the District Police Cadre and Armed Police Cadre. Eligible candidates can apply online via the official website punjabpolice.gov.in starting from February 21, 2025, till March 13, 2025.

The recruitment drive aims to fill a total of 1,746 vacancies. Out of the total, 1,261 posts are available for Constable in the District Police Cadre, and 485 posts are designated for Constables in the Armed Police Cadre.

Candidates applying for the Punjab Police Constable Recruitment 2025 must have completed the 12th standard from a recognized board. For the ex-servicemen, the educational qualification is matriculation. Also, applicants must have studied Punjabi as a subject in Matriculation or possess an equivalent qualification approved by the Punjab government.

Applicants must be between 18 and 28 years old as of the specified date. However, age relaxation will be provided according to government regulations, offering flexibility for certain categories of candidates.

Male candidates must be of 5 feet 7 inches (170.2 cm) while the female candidates must have a minimum height of 5 feet 2 inches (157.5 cm). These physical standards are mandatory for all applicants.
