Deepender Singh Hooda Wins Rohtak Constituency By A Landslide Victory

The 2024 Lok Sabha elections in the Rohtak constituency witnessed an intense contest among major political parties. The key candidates were Dr Arvind Kumar Sharma of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), Deepender Singh Hooda of the India Alliance, and Ravinder of the Jannayak Janta Party (JJP).

The election results marked a phenomenal victory for Deepender Singh Hooda, who won by a significant margin of 345,396 votes, securing a total of 783,578 votes in the Lok Sabha Election 2024.

This win points to a major turnaround for Hooda, who lost to Sharma in the previous 2019 Lok Sabha elections. However, in the 2024 elections, Hooda turned the tables in his favour, winning by a whopping margin.

Deepender Singh Hooda, also a postgraduate and a former MP, represented the INC. His campaign focused on a renewed vision and active engagement with the constituency, aiming to reconnect with voters and address local issues effectively.
