Maharaja Hits The Screen Today: Vijay Sethupathi To Reveal The Mystery Around His Lakshmi
The anticipation on the VJS50 (Vijay Sethupathi’s 50th film) will be put to rest today as the action flick of Vijay Sethupathi, Maharaja is hitting the big screens today.
Being the 50th film of the veteran actor, the film brings out a new avatar of Sethupathi as an aged father in Tamil and Telugu. Director Nithilan Swaminathan shows the actor in a revenge drama that revolves around a barber, who embarks on a mission to avenge a burglary that robs him of his cherished ‘Lakshmi.’ The plot of the movie thickens as the police try to decipher whether ‘Lakshmi’ is an object, asset, or human which leads to a series of thrilling and suspenseful events. The plot also includes gangsters, money, and another character in the picture – filmmaker and actor Anurag Kashyap, who appears in a mysterious role and is on Sethupathi’s list.

The trailer of the movie was released on Wednesday garnering a million views so far. With a talented cast and mind blowing performances by the Vikram actor, the movie hits the screens today.
