CJP to Resume Protest March Today; New Tent Put Up After Police Removed Old One In Crackdown

New Delhi: The Cockroach Janta Party (CJP) leader Abhijeet Dipke has said that the march to Parliament will resume on Tuesday, Jul 21. The police had removed the protesters’ tent and stage in a crackdown in Jantar Mantar on Monday.

The protesters, however, returned to Janta Mantar later in the day and erected a tent and makeshift stage to resume their movement. Dipke said that they will march again on Tuesday.

“We are not leaving this protest site,” the CJP leader said.
