Man Died After Being Electrocuted In Waterlogged Street In Rajasthan
Tonk, Rajasthan: After heavy rain triggered waterlogging, a young man from Tonk, Rajasthan, died after being electrocuted soon after stepping into the water.
The incident occurred near a power pole in the Malpura area, where electricity had allegedly leaked into the rainwater, according to preliminary information. The victim reportedly came into contact with the electrified water while passing near the pole and collapsed on the spot.

The incident was captured on CCTV cameras installed in the area. Police personnel rushed to the scene and attempted cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), but the man could not be revived.
Though bystanders managed to shut off the power supply and pull him out, and he was given CPR before being rushed to the Malpura District Hospital, doctors declared him dead on arrival.

Police have initiated an investigation to ascertain the exact cause of the incident and determine the circumstances that led to the alleged electricity leak.
