Vessels Report Gunfire While Attempting To Cross The Strait Of Hormuz
Iran: At least two ships have reported gunfire while attempting to cross the Strait Of Hormuz on Saturday, Al Jazeera reported citing Tankertrackers data. The gunfire comes minutes after Iran closed the Strait of Hormuz again after declaring its reopening on Friday, April 17.
Iran military, earlier today, announced that it has closed the Strait of Hormuz over continued US naval blockade of the Iranian ports.

Amid the fragile ceasefire between the US and Iran, Tehran on Saturday rejected the US president claim that Iran would transfer its enriched uranium to the US. Iranian parliamentary speaker asserted that the country would not handover its enriched uranium, underlining that it is as important as Iranian soil for them.
The situation remains fragile as Iran again closed the Strait of Hormuz after the US continued its naval blockade of the Iranian Ports. Despite the ceasefire deal with Lebanon, Israel has also warned that its campaign against Hezbollah is not over.
