How To Prepare For The Class 10 CBSE Science Board Exam?
With the Class 10 CBSE Science board exams just around the corner, it is natural to feel nervous and under pressure. But remember—this is the time to stay calm, focused, and smart. A few well-planned steps in these final days can make a big difference in your performance.1. Understand the Syllabus & Exam Pattern.
- Revise, Don’t Learn New Topics
At this stage, avoid starting new chapters. Instead, revise what you have already studied. Go through important definitions, formulas, diagrams, and chemical equations from every chapter. Know which chapters carry more weight, such as Chemical Reactions, Life Processes, Electricity, and Light. Also understand the question pattern—MCQs, short answers, and long answers—so there are no surprises in the exam hall.

- Make a Realistic Study Timetable
Create a daily timetable that covers all three sections: Physics, Chemistry, and Biology. Study for 2–3 hours at a time with short breaks. Revise one subject daily and keep weekends for full-length practice tests.
- Focus on NCERT
The NCERT textbook is your most powerful resource. Read each chapter line by line, mark important points, definitions, diagrams, and formulas. Most board questions are directly based on NCERT.
