Telangana BJP Leader Slaps Priest With Chappal During Live Debate Over Ram Mandir Funds Row
Hyderabad, Telangana: During a live debate in Hyderabad on Tuesday, July 14, a Telangana BJP leader slapped a priest, Ramanamurthy, repeatedly with his chappal, after the priest questioned the alleged siphoning of Ayodhya Ram Mandir funds.
During the debate, the priest had slammed the BJP worker dancing in Hanuman attire before Nitin Nabin’s convoy, and highlighted a poster morphing Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s face onto Lord Krishna in a Dasavathara image.

The BJP leader allegedly got furious and violently attacked the priest after his remark about the Ram Mandir funds scam, among other matters. Several people on social media have questioned the indecent behaviour by the BJP leader even during a live debate.
